Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, independently meet with clients, consultants & end users to understand their HVAC needs and build strong relationships.
- Attend site meetings to propose best solution, conduct detailed discussions with architects, consultants, and clients to provide tailored solutions AT BEST SUITED COMMERCIAL TERMS.
- Preparing best suitable techno-commercial proposal for client’s need, then meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our products/services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to EFFECTIVELY adapt sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- HVAC experience and expertise in handling the same scope of work, including a deep understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, providing insights into sales performance.
- Prepare technical submittal on receipt of orders. Co-ordinate with factory for best lead time & get the product delivered to client.
