Job Description: An aggressive and successful sales person who is target oriented with proven success in Manufacturing / Engineering industry. Would be Responsible for the business growth in the region by implementing a sales strategy to generate new leads from existing customers and add new customers in B2B like Manufactuing and Engineering Companies, Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Power Stations, Railways, Heavy Industries and HVAC.
•Generate new sales and Identifying prospective customers.
•Experience in handling sales in Corporate, Institutional Sales & B2B
•Self-starter and a role with enormous growth potential
•Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
•Responsible for business generation and growth in the region
•Sales strategy to generate new leads from existing customers and add new customers
•Implementing of sales strategies & plans that will out-perform targets.
•Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
•Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
•Conduct quarterly Business Reviews and develop Business Plan.
•Monitor Competitor activities and implement Tactical activities.
•To create a balance between Sales & Collection.
•Experience in handling project-based sales/dealing with Power / energy industry
