We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Estimation Engineer to join our team at Sv Design Ventures. This role is critical to driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be skilled in both engineering estimation and effectively selling products/services to clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Knowledge: A strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, including their estimation, design, and application across various projects. Familiarity with HVAC products and services is essential.

• Sales & Estimation Skills: Proven experience in sales within the HVAC industry, including the ability to provide accurate cost estimations, prepare detailed proposals, and present tailored solutions to clients.

• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities to engage with clients, understand their needs, and close deals effectively.

• Customer Focused: Ability to actively engage with clients, understand their specific requirements, and offer solutions that best meet their needs.

• Target-Driven: Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment, working closely with various departments to achieve organizational goals and ensure project success..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in MS Excel, Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
