We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Engineer to manage on-site client visits, generate sales leads, and promote company products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support.
Conduct field visits to meet clients and promote products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Provide technical demonstrations and product explanations to customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or relevant field).
2 to 4 years of experience in field sales or technical sales.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to understand technical products and explain to customers.
Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in industrial automation, machinery, or technical products.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and good problem-solving skills.
