*Job Summary:*
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sr. Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in BFSI sector. The Candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Lead Generation & Sales:*
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
Identify customer needs and preferences, and suggest suitable real estate options.
Qualify leads, schedule zoom meetings, and follow up on prospective clients.
Providing detailed information, and addressing client queries.
Ensuring the client understands the benefits and potential returns.
*Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive a positive and engaging experience.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, resulting in long-term business relationships.
*CRM Management:*
Update and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
Track lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Record all calls, feedback, and sales progress to improve lead management and sales strategies.
*Market Knowledge & Project Promotion:*
Stay updated on the latest market trends.
Be knowledgeable about the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and Industrial Lands, to answer client questions accurately.
Effectively communicate the unique selling points (USPs) of projects to potential buyers or investors.
*Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:*
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential leads and create effective promotional strategies.
Share client feedback with the team to help improve sales tactics and customer engagement strategies.
*Reporting & Targets:*
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Report sales performance, lead status, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
*Skills & Qualifications:*
*Experience:* 4 to 5 years of experience in the BFSI sector.
*Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
*CRM Proficiency:* Experience using CRM software to track client information and sales progress.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and expertise in effectively managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
*Educational Qualifications:*
A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
