To support our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer with a background in the machinery industry, particularly in equipment such as packaging machines, mixers, filling machines, sealing machines, conveyors, and other industrial food processing equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business leads within the industrial machinery and food processing sectors.

• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and follow up on quotations and previous discussions.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to close deals effectively.

• Identify current and future customer requirements through technical discussions, plant visits, and detailed needs analysis.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in industrial machinery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the machinery or capital equipment industry.

• Familiarity with food processing equipment like mixers, packaging machines, conveyors, filling systems, etc.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
