WORKING DAYS :Monday to Saturday
REPORTING :Senior Sales Head
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Sales Person will be responsible for visiting clients, giving product demonstrations, understanding client applications, suggesting suitable machines, customizing solutions when required, and coordinating with the internal team to close the sale. This role requires strong presentation, product knowledge, and customer handling skills, along with the willingness to travel Pan India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
· Visit clients and provide machine demonstrations and product presentations.
· Understand client requirements, production needs, and application use cases.
· Guide customers in selecting the right machine or model as per requirement.
· Coordinate for sample collection and testing as needed.
· Inform and assist customers regarding customization options.
· Travel Pan India for sales visits, demonstrations, exhibitions, and client support.
· Maintain regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
· Coordinate with the Service Team for technical clarifications.
· Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and product catalogs.
· Maintain visit reports, lead logs, and client information records.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Confidence in speaking and explaining machinery concepts to clients
· Ability to understand technical requirements and production needs
· Good negotiation and sales closing ability
· Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business & Email
· Willingness to travel Pan India frequently.
ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum Graduate in any field (Mechanical / Engineering background preferred, not mandatory)
· 1–4 years experience in Machinery Sales / Industrial Sales / B2B Sales
· Fresher with good communication & willingness to travel may be considered.
