Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team in the Cold Chain Industry, specializing in Cold Room Solutions. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD, along with strong communication and technical sales skills. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and driving sales growth in refrigeration and cold storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Promote and sell Cold Room & Refrigeration solutions to clients in industries like food processing, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.

  • Understand customer needs and propose customized cold storage solutions.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Design & Proposal Support:

  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Support in basic AutoCAD drawings for layouts and system designs (training will be provided if needed).

• Market Research & Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the cold chain sector.

  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to develop sales strategies.

• After-Sales Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers post-sale.

  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience).

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD for technical drawings (preferred but not mandatory; training provided).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to learn about refrigeration systems and cold room technology.

  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems, HVAC, or cold storage solutions.

• Internship or project experience in a related field.
