A background in mechatronics is preferred, along with expertise in mechanical dimension drawing interpretation. Additionally, photography as a hobby is highly beneficial, as it enhances the candidate’s ability to communicate in camera language, discussing concepts like lens properties, image resolution, lighting, and optical system calibration with customers and vision system engineers.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Customer Engagement
✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand sales.
✔ Strengthen customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased market penetration.
✔ Optimize profit margins through pricing strategies and consultative selling.
Technical Sales & Solution Implementation
✔ Define Scope of Work (SoW) for AI-based vision systems, automation, and machine integration.
✔ Prepare and submit technical proposals aligned with customer requirements.
✔ Conduct sample feasibility testing and generate feasibility reports based on AI-driven defect detection.
Camera & Optics Communication Expertise
✔ Utilize photography knowledge to engage in technical discussions about lens selection, lighting conditions, resolution optimization, and image processing techniques.
✔ Work closely with vision system engineers to ensure proper camera calibration and optical system adjustments for precision defect detection.
Sales Reviews & Forecasting
✔ Present monthly sales reports, covering:
Business pipeline status
Revenue forecasts
Sales budget tracking
Travel & Field Engagement
✔ Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, feasibility studies, and solution deployment.
✔ Participate in industry events to represent the company and explore potential partnerships.
3. Qualifications & Skills
