Key Responsibilities: -
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and recommend appropriate
VRV/VRF solutions.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, PMC teams, builders, and contractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and ensure timely quotation submission.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with design, execution, and service teams for seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated on new product offerings, competitors, and market trends.
• Participate in technical discussions, product demos, and exhibitions as required.
Candidate Requirements: -
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales of HVAC systems, preferably VRV/VRF.
• Familiarity with brands like Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.
• Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, system design, and load calculations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
