Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end customers to drive bearing sales.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory/industry.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring correct application of bearings.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends to support strategy.
Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM/reports.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline.
2–6 years of experience in industrial product sales (bearings, spares, mechanical components, or related).
Strong understanding of mechanical components, preferably bearings and rotating equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned region.
Prior experience with OEM clients in automotive, industrial machinery, or heavy engineering sectors.
Familiarity with distributor/channel sales in industrial products
