Job Title: International Sales Coordinator

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Location: Survey No. 71, Apple Industry Hub, Pelhar, NH-8, Nallasopara East

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases accurately.

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely, relevant information.

• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution.

• Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely communication and conversions.

• Schedule meetings and maintain communication with domestic and international clients.

• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics regularly.

• Manage sales documentation and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international expos, including booking exhibition space and arranging logistics.

• Prepare promotional materials and ensure effective on-site setup and branding during expos.

• Arrange international and domestic travel for directors and staff, including air tickets, hotel bookings, and local transport.

• Coordinate with external vendors for visa processing and documentation.

• Manage and update all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content related to events, client installations, and product highlights.

• Respond to queries and comments on social media and track engagement.

• Provide live coverage during events/expos and share post-event highlights to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the water park or amusement industry is an added advantage.
