Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond promptly to customer queries.
Manage and respond to inquiries via message, call, or other communication channels.
Handle new and existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
Send company profiles, catalogues, and other relevant details to new and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations and share them with customers as per requirements.
Input and process orders accurately, ensuring they are delivered on time.
Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues related to their orders.
Coordinate with the Production and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on payments and maintain proper payment records.
Share packing lists, invoices, and dispatch details with customers and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
