Job Role :- Sales Co-ordinator
A sales coordinator manages the flow of products or services from a company to consumers. They also coordinate sales activities, manage sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Sales team management: Manage sales team schedules, territories, and performance
· Sales planning: Create sales plans, quotas, and training schedules
· Sales presentations: Create and maintain sales presentation materials
· Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and orders
· Inventory management: Monitor and organize inventory, including new products and services
· Sales reporting: Create and maintain sales reports
· Sales process improvement: Evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures
· Sales team development: Provide data and guides to help the sales team develop their skills
