Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information.
Handle customer questions, feedback, and objections professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and patience in handling customers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
