We are a leading Audio-Visual Systems Integration company, providing cutting-edge solutions to corporate, educational, and government clients. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our growing business needs.
Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documents
Search and track government and private tenders in AV/IT space
Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams for timely inputs
Maintain lead and opportunity tracking using CRM or Excel
Support the Business Development team in pre-sales communication
Maintain organized records of tenders, vendor registrations, and proposals
Follow up with clients for documentation, payments, and other coordination tasks.
Prior experience in AV/IT industry is a plus but not mandatory.
