Sales coordinator
Requirements:
Work closely with the Sales and Ops team in ensuring the proper onboarding of Clients
Address operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely execution of customer requests and service commitments.
Coordination with the Clients for required data and extraction of data from the existing dashboards.
Coordinating with the Internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of the societies
Preparing the reports Daily, weekly, and monthly and publishing them in relevant internal groups
6 Days working and Monday is off
Qualifications & Skills:
Full time Bachelor's degree
1+ year of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data management tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with multiple teams
