Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Fabric Division)

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Senior Management
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who has strong knowledge of fabrics and excellent communication skills. The role involves coordinating with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations, timely order processing, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily sales activities between clients, sales team, and internal departments.
• Understand fabric types, quality, and specifications to assist customers with their requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product details, and share fabric samples when required.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and follow up on pending orders and payments.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and client communications.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries or issues.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, client visits, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Textile / Fashion / Marketing background).
• Knowledge of fabrics (types, textures, usage, etc.) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Prior experience in sales support, merchandising, or fabric/textile industry will be an added advantage.
