Job description- Sales Coordinator / Executive

Office Time - 10 am to 6 pm
Working Days – 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Role & Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their certification requirements and offer tailored service solutions.
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing ICV Assessments products/services. Identify potential leads and set appointments or direct them to relevant sales processes.
Building Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Handling Client Concerns: Listen to client concerns with empathy and understanding.
Use product knowledge and persuasive communication to address challenges and move the sales process forward.
Sales Closures: Close deals effectively by presenting tailored solutions to clients.
Negotiate terms, prices, and conditions to finalize the sale.
Sales Target Achievement: Track and report on sales progress regularly to management.
Be proactive in taking actions to achieve consistent growth in sales
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback on client preferences to management
Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets.
Reporting & Analytics: Analyze client feedback to suggest improvements.
Support data-driven decisions for business growth.
Problem Solving:
Update account status and maintain accurate payment records.
Ensure smooth coordination with clients and internal teams for payment follow-ups.
Strong skills in prospecting and business development.
Confident in pitching and presenting solutions to key decision-makers.
Analytical mindset with an eye for trends and insights.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and focused on achieving goals.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
