Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth operations between sales, marketing, and other departments. The role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and achieving overall sales objectives.
Act as the point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and invoices accurately.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
Track sales performance, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and analyze trends.
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending client requirements.
Support in organizing sales meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Handle customer complaints or queries and escalate when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination role (FMCG/Consumer Goods industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
