Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads generated through various channels.
Counsel students regarding course offerings, career paths, and admission procedures.
Understand student needs and provide accurate course details, fee structures, eligibility, and batch schedules.
Follow up with interested students via phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all communication and leads in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and admissions.
Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to courses and the admission process.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding for students.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
