Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the industrial segment (Manufacturing/Service Provider, etc.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills (Hindi & English), a technical understanding of industrial products, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering willing to work in a sales coordination role are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Client Communication & Support
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
Promptly respond to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Handle client complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
✅ Sales Coordination & Order Management
Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.
Understand and manage technical queries related to industrial products.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and resolutions in the CRM system.
✅ Technical & Product Knowledge
Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide technical support to clients by addressing their concerns and guiding them on product selection.
✅ Process Improvement & Sales Support
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products and services.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance sales and operational processes.
Contribute to the improvement of customer service best practices.
Requirements
✔ Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Experience: Prior experience in a sales coordination role in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in Hindi & English (verbal and written).
✔ Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical queries and industrial products.
✔ Customer Handling: Ability to resolve client issues with empathy and professionalism.
✔ CRM & Documentation: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
✔ Teamwork & Adaptability: Should be proactive, organized, and able to multitask.
