The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in the smooth functioning of day-to-day sales operations for two-wheelers (bikes) at ASCO Motors Jhandewalan. This role involves order processing, customer communication, coordination across departments, and documentation to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Assist the sales team with order processing, scheduling test rides, and follow-up activities to achieve sales targets.
Manage customer inquiries, provide relevant product information, and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate with the logistics, service, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and processing of bike sales.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals as required.
Update and manage customer data in the CRM system and generate sales reports to track performance and opportunities.
Follow up with customers for feedback, post-sale service bookings, and renewals.
Support lead generation and nurturing, assisting sales representatives in client conversions.
Handle administrative responsibilities related to sales operations like filing, documentation, and communication with clients.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in automotive or bike dealerships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude toward sales support and service excellence.
