• Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with clients.
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documentation for loan & Insurance applications.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan & Insurance status in CRM systems.
• Prepare and process loan & Insurance files for submission to the underwriting team.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for loan officers with potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding application progress.
• Collaborate with other departments such as credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth disbursement.
• Support marketing efforts and loan campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and performance metrics as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Knowledge of loan products and documentation process is a plus.
