What You’ll Do

• Actively engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups and walk-ins

• Convert enquiries into memberships with convincing communication

• Maintain a high level of persistence — follow up until you get a clear “yes or no”

• Create a friendly yet persuasive customer experience

• Track leads, maintain CRM updates, and report conversions

• Collaborate with trainers & management to ensure member satisfaction

• Be the face of the gym for new clients
