Roles and Responsibility:
· Providing administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing sales data, and preparing presentations
· Preparing Quotations , Handling customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
· Maintaining customer databases, responding to inquiries, and providing post-sales support.
· Facilitating communication between the sales team, other departments, and clients to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
· Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and implementing solutions to improve overall performance.
· Ensuring the sales team has the necessary materials, such as brochures, presentations, and samples, to support their sales efforts.
· Client Relationship – conducting client meetings when needed
· Regular client follow up
Skills needed
· Strong English communication skills – Spoken and written
· Ability to manage customers and build a good rapport
· Managing multiple tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating various activities requires strong organizational abilities
