The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving sales targets by handling administrative tasks, preparing quotations and proposals, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and support activities.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with clients for order follow-ups, delivery updates, and payments.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases.
Support in processing purchase orders and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution of orders.
Handle inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in person.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and exhibitions.
Follow up on leads, pending quotations, and payment collections when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM software (preferred).
