About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales, Marketing, and Travel operations. The ideal candidate will assist multiple teams, ensure timely updates, coordinate communication, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Operations Support Enterprise Team Support • Update the sales funnel on CRM and Excel sheets. • Monitor inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up. • Assist in creating and executing email campaigns for specific industries. FO Team Support • Maintain Fresh works CRM and ensure data accuracy. • Generate and analyze Fresh works analytics reports. • Perform data-related tasks as required. • Track and manage inbound leads for the FO team. 2. Marketing Operations Support • Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns. • Prepare email campaign performance reports. • Conduct LinkedIn post audits to track engagement and results. • Assist in planning and researching for marketing events. • Track inbound marketing leads and update databases. • Maintain and update the marketing database for campaigns and events. 3. Travel Coordination • Suggest the best travel routes by comparing shorter travel hours, cost-effective options, and overall convenience for the traveler. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM management, or relevant administrative roles. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools (Freshworks preferred). • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Detail-oriented with good data management capabili
