Job Overview: We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, must maintain a healthy relationship with customers, should be good in closing orders, ready to accept new challenges, must maintain discipline, adhere to company policies, and has a strong track record of exceeding sales in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through networking, calling, and industry research
● Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline; forecast and report on sales performance
● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and visit customers as needed.
● Negotiate and close sales deals with a consultative approach
● Maintain long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor
● Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and support) to ensure a smooth client experience
● Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● 2–5 years of proven sales experience
● Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales
● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Proficiency in CRM software, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
