Coordinator - 2 Sales - Responsibilities
Assist the MD in planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
Organize and coordinate sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates for the MD.
Follow up with clients, distributors, and partners as instructed by the MD.
Monitor sales targets and ensure the team is aligned with MD’s directions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for the MD’s review.
Ensure timely follow-up of pending tasks with the sales team and report status to the MD.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, contracts, and sales documentation.
