JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing

LOCATION: Jamshedpur

SUMMARY: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales- related activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Assist the sales team with order processing, client follow-ups, and documentation.

·         Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance and Operations) to ensure timely delivery of products/ services.

·         Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.

·         Prepare sales reports and presentations.

·         Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

·         Handle administration tasks including quotation preparation and documentation.

·         Help & Coordinate quotation making & submission

·         Manage multiple clients’ E- procurement site.

·         Good Knowledge on GEM portal.

·         Coordinate surveys for solution drafting.

·         Keep track of entire sales funnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·         Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1-3 years of experience.

·         Ability to work independently or as a part of the team.

·         Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and sales techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related Field.
