We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at at Kasaku Electricals Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in closing orders and managing the sales process efficiently.
Maintain and update sales records, customer details, and order statuses.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely responses.
Prepare and send emails related to sales operations, order confirmation, and client Communication.
Support the negotiation process with clients, ensuring competitive deals and favorable Terms’
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer Satisfaction.
Generate sales reports and analyze performance to suggest improvements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
