Profile Review
We are looking for dynamic sales executives who are open to learn and achieve their sales.
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Full-Time Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidates, whether experienced or fresher, will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing key sales activities and contributing to the achievement of team goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Calling:
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing ICV Assessments products/services.
· Identify potential leads and set appointments or direct them to relevant sales processes.
· Building Sales Pipeline:
· Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
· Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets.
· Objection Handling:
· Listen to client concerns and objections with empathy and understanding.
· Use product knowledge and persuasive communication to overcome challenges and push forward the sales process.
· Sales Closures:
· Close deals effectively by presenting tailored solutions to clients.
· Negotiate terms, prices, and conditions to finalize the sale.
· Sales Target Achievement:
· Track and report on sales progress regularly to management.
· Be proactive in taking actions to achieve consistent growth in sales
