We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our client’s sales team. The ideal candidate will handle sales operations, assist in customer communication, manage orders and documentation, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist sales team with daily tasks and client follow-ups
Prepare sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Coordinate with logistics and inventory for order fulfillment
Maintain CRM and customer records
Handle customer queries and after-sales support
Track sales performance and generate reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a sales support role
Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and CRM tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
