Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales and must possess excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting field sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain products and services.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-ups, quotations, and customer support.

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

• Follow up with clients regarding quotes, payments, and delivery schedules.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports.

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth internal communication.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer-facing roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language preferred).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in B2B sales or the building materials/interiors industry is a plus.
