· Prepare quotations/proposals for digital marketing services and share them with clients.
· Follow up with clients through calls, emails, or meetings to ensure timely feedback and closure.
· Maintain and update records of all quotations, follow-ups, and deal status.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing after deal closure.
· Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
· Provide regular updates and reports to management about sales activities, pipelines, and closures.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing company in a sales or coordination role.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, and Web Development.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
· Strong follow-up abilities with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
· Proven ability to manage multiple clients, proposals, and quotations simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
