Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Sales Coordinator to join our team in Goregaon West. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong expertise in Advanced Excel and other MIS-related software. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team through data management, reporting, and coordination activities to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.).

• Coordinate with the sales team to collect, validate, and update sales data in MIS systems.

• Generate and share actionable insights from sales data to support decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and sales performance reviews.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in CRM and other sales management software.

• Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Logistics) to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive sales data.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar MIS/Sales Coordinator role.

• Proficient in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with CRM software and other business management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, etc.).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
