We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and ensuring timely communication between internal departments and clients.
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and order tracking in the CRM system.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales proposals, and contracts.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
Monitor and manage stock availability in coordination with inventory/logistics teams.
Generate regular sales reports and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance.
Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, trade shows, or promotional events.
Process sales orders and invoices accurately and on time.
Assist with the onboarding of new clients and ensure proper documentation.
Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
