1. Order Management:
o Receive and process sales orders from clients or sales teams.
o Coordinate with production to confirm availability and delivery timelines.
2. Client Communication:
o Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
o Provide updates on order status, dispatch, and delivery.
3. Sales Support:
o Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
o Assist the sales team with follow-ups and client queries.
4. Production Coordination:
o Align with production team to ensure timely order execution as per client specifications.
o Track work-in-progress and update delivery schedules accordingly.
5. Logistics Coordination:
o Arrange dispatch and coordinate with transporters/couriers.
o Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
6. Data Management:
o Maintain records of orders, delivery schedules, and client interactions.
o Use ERP or Excel to track sales, stock, and dispatch data.
7. Follow-ups for Payments:
o Coordinate with accounts team and follow up with customers for pending payments.
o Send payment reminders and resolve billing issues.
8. Sample Coordination:
o Handle customer sample requests and manage approvals.
o Track sample dispatch and feedback.
9. Reporting:
o Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
o Highlight order status, dispatches, and pending issues.
10. Coordination with Merchandising/Design:
· Share client requirements with merchandisers/designers.
· Ensure the correct product specifications are followed.
