Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in closing orders and managing the entire sales process.

• Maintain and update accurate records of sales, customer information, and order statuses.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads effectively.

• Draft and send professional emails related to order confirmations, quotations, and client communication.

• Support the negotiation process with clients to ensure competitive and profitable deals.

• Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely product delivery.

• Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales performance, and suggest areas for improvement.

• Identify new business opportunities through effective sales inquiries and follow-ups.

• Prepare accurate and well-formatted quotations for prospective clients.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
