Preparing offers in ZOHO or offline and submits proposals on the same day as inquiries about sales and same for service & service sales, AMC etc . Keeping Price record for spares service sales offers.
Submitting offer through online portal Ariba or RIL portal as well.
Responsible for timely responses to all online and physical tender inquiries.
Complete Tender Document after selection of tender to be sent to the sales support team by the respective sales Manager. prepare EMD /Tender Fees Request form and send it to respective Sales Manager for necessary approval for release of DD
On Approval follow up with Accounts for DD preparation.
Supporting to GEM tender, Quires or any documents required.
Keeping tender, EMD records.
Responsible for organizing and executing customer requirements and add support to the company's sales & service team.
Responsible for New Vendor registration & agreements or other documents for sales & service purpose.
