We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and maintaining sales reports. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Quotation Preparation:
Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and product specifications.
Customer Enquiry Handling:
Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, or in person; provide product information, pricing, and service details professionally.
Order Execution & Coordination:
Process sales orders, coordinate with the production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain sales data, update order status, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and assist in maintaining customer databases.
Follow-ups & Communication:
Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and delivery schedules; ensure smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
0–2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
