Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day activities.
Manage and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and client records.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders, and pending requirements.
Work closely with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events.
Provide administrative support to the sales team for smooth operations.
Maintain positive client relationships by providing timely assistance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
