Selling life insurance products based on customer needs and financial analysis.
Providing support and converting leads from various sources.
Attending to service appointments and accurately updating appointment status.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management:
Conducting financial need analysis of customers.
Providing personalized insurance solutions based on analysis.
Working with customers on a long-term basis.
Compliance and Reporting:
Adhering to PNB MetLife policies and procedures.
Providing accurate forecasts, updates, and reports.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership (if applicable):
Recruiting, training, and mentoring life insurance advisors.
Motivating and leading advisors to improve productivity and retention.
Conducting performance reviews and training sessions.
