Role Overview
The Relationship Manager will be the face of the club, responsible for building strong relationships with prospective and existing members, ensuring high-quality service, and supporting membership growth and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Membership Sales & Onboarding
Identify and engage potential members through networking, referrals, corporate connects & walk-ins
Present club offerings, conduct property tours, and explain membership benefits
Achieve monthly membership acquisition and revenue targets
Coordinate membership onboarding and orientation programs
2. Member Relationship Management
Serve as primary point of contact for existing members
Handle queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism
Maintain high levels of member satisfaction, retention, and engagement
Plan and promote member events & activities
3. Networking & Brand Building
Build relationships with corporate clients, business leaders, influencers, and referral partners
Attend relevant events & brand promotion activities
Promote club culture and exclusivity
4. Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Coordinate with operations, events, and admin teams for smooth member experience
Support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and partnerships
