We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates with prior experience in sales or client servicing will be preferred, though motivated freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Identify and connect with potential customers to promote company products/services
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent support and solutions
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Attend training sessions and keep up with product knowledge and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• 1–2 years of experience in sales/client servicing preferred (Freshers can also apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
