About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Female Relationship Manager to join our growing matrimonial services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping people find their life partners while building a rewarding career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our matrimonial services

• Follow up with leads generated through our website, advertisements, and referrals

• Explain service packages, features, and benefits to potential customers

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about membership plans

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Coordinate with the operations team for profile creation and documentation

• Conduct feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Female candidates only (as per job requirements)

• Age: 21-45 years

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi

• Confident, patient, and persuasive personality

• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
