1. Relationship Manager
a. Role: Create and handle an agent base of 125-150 in the assigned
geographical territory
b. Education/Qualification: Graduation Degree
c. Experience: 1-3 years of experience of working in a General Insurance
Company, Corporate Agency, Insurance brokers, etc.
d. Skills:

High degree of credibility and excellent inter-personal skills.
Flexibility and Adaptability to work with technology.
Well versed with MS Office
e. Job Responsibilities
i.
Prospecting and Onboarding
1. Identify potential individuals in the assigned geographic
location who can (or be trained to) be recruited as partners to
solicit insurance policies from customers.
2. Identify and engage with existing agents in the assigned
geographic location and share the unique selling points,
business insights, growth plans, new products / schemes to
showcase company’s credentials as well expand agent
network.
3. Develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by
establishing, positioning the PBPartner brand and growing the
brand referrals.
4. Conduct prospect training on the develop their knowledge of
specialized products and partner training on the PBPartners
portal and Mobile App to enable online policy issuance.
ii.
Relationship Management
1. Perform monthly goal setting with partners and weekly
breakdown of plan with partners to achieve sales targets on a
consistent basis
2. Conduct regular activation calls, meetings, and site visits to
source policies from the agent partners.
3. Cascade the information on new products, partner contests,
insurer contests, loyalty points and other offerings etc. for the
achievement of the set goals.
4. Identify possible risks and derailers in achievement of the
monthly partner plan and ensuring implementation of steps to
tackle the challenges in the best possible ways
iii.
Business Sustainability
1. Ensure targeted retention of the partner business to be
achieved by continuous follow up.
2. Ensure budgeted renewal retention ratio to be achieved by
continuous follow up.
3. Ensure sustainability of the portfolio by targeting desired
product mix basis the market segment
iv. Service Orientation
1. Conduct trainings for partners around regulatory guidelines an
d product.
2. Resolve operational issues faced by the partners to ensure sm
ooth experience
3. Provide support in creating tickets for different service
requests like cancellation requests, policy endorsements,
claims etc; track such requests and ensure ease of process and
