Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Relationship Manager (Tele RM) / Senior Relationship Manager (Sr. RM) to join our B2B Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on boarding agents, guiding them through the sales process, and helping them sell insurance policies to clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the insurance industry, and a drive for achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agent Recruitment & Development:
o Identify and on board potential agents from the B2B channel.
o Conduct on boarding and training sessions for newly recruited agents.
o Develop and manage agent relationships, providing them with continuous support and guidance.
o Monitor agent performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build strong, long-lasting, end to end relationships with key partners and agents.
o Resolve any customer or agent concerns related to policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Provide product knowledge and answer questions regarding health insurance policies.
3. Reporting & Compliance:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, agent recruitment, and performance in CRM tools.
o Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
o Provide regular reports on recruitment, sales performance, and market trends to the senior management team.
