Acquire new clients for demat and trading accounts through direct sales, referrals, and leads.
Generate revenue through equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency trading.
Maintain relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and offer suitable investment solutions.
Cross-sell investment products such as mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and insurance (if applicable).
Guide clients on market updates, research reports, and trading strategies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements of SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company policies.
Achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in stock broking / securities market (freshers with NISM certifications can also apply).
NISM Series VII / VIII certification (mandatory as per SEBI regulations).
Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and financial products.
Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills.
